Richard Norgard

Richard Norgard is an Australian executive, investor and strategic advisor with a career spanning more than two decades across professional services, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership in high-growth businesses.

His early career at Deloitte gave him a rigorous foundation in financial analysis, commercial due diligence and advisory work across complex transactions. That discipline has remained central to his approach across every subsequent role, whether as an operator, an investor or an advisor.

Across his private equity and M&A career he has worked across the full transaction spectrum, from sourcing and structuring through to negotiation, completion and post-acquisition integration, with a particular strength in growth-oriented businesses navigating transformation or preparing for a liquidity event.

Richard currently serves as Executive Director of ChargeSPOT Australia, the country’s largest phone charging network and part of the global INFORICH group, backed by Bain Capital.
